 <li>The subscription model operates on an annual basis at a recurring charge of $19.99. Access to the app is granted following the first payment.</li>
 <li>Payment is processed through the user's iTunes account at the time of purchase confirmation.</li>
 <li>Subscriptions renew automatically unless the auto-renew option is disabled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period concludes.</li>
 <li>The renewal charge of $19.99 will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.</li>
 <li>Users have the ability to manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via their account settings after purchase.</li>
 <li>Cancellations of the current subscription are not permitted during its active period.</li>
 <li>Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.</li>
